Bhaswati Ramanujam – Head of Delivery, Nabler

Bhaswati Ramanujam is a veteran professional with about 18 years of experience in various areas spanning advertising, corporate marketing, direct marketing and CRM.
A firm believer in data insight driven marketing, Swati has a deep passion for delivering analytical solutions that use customer insights to drive business decisions.
Gaining an MBA in Marketing, Swati started her career as an Advertising professional and worked with Advertising Agencies like JWT and Saatchi & Saatchi. She then moved on to CRY where for the first time she was exposed to a large volume of data and the magic of Customer Relationship Management. She also handled the role of Campaign Manager in MetLife and managed Direct marketing & Tele marketing campaigns. While working in Solutions Digitas, Swati headed the department of CRM & Analytics and was responsible for growing the business from scratch.
In her previous roles, Swati has helped implement countless CRM projects across the globe and has been instrumental in building the analytical framework for diverse businesses.
Swati holds a Business Management degree from ISB and currently heads Delivery at Nabler.
