Payal Randhawa – Executive Director, National Association of Social Enterprises (NASE)

Payal Randhawa serves as Executive Director, National Association of Social Enterprises, India.  A deep belief in the pattern changing work of social entrepreneurs drives her to design programs focused on building visibility for the field.

Prior to NASE, Payal served as Director for the social entrepreneurship portfolio at the Khemka Foundation. She was instrumental in developing new programming at the Foundation including the Khemka Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, the Khemka Foundation Research Grant, the Khemka Foundation podcast series and the Legal handbook for social change ventures. Payal has a Master’s degree in communications and brings with her over 15 years of experience in the documentary genre. Passionate about telling stories of human endeavor, her films have dealt with issues of social change and community development.
