The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) is a program initiative of The Nand & Jeet Khemka Foundation with the vision to build a community of ethical, altruistic leaders on the planet who work together to improve the state of the world. The mission is to identify, select, support, monitor, mentor, evaluate, connect and empower ethical and altruistic leader through partnerships with local and global communities and organizations who are committed to improving the state of our Inner and Outer worlds.

tGELF has a unique value based curriculum, state-of-the-art training, world class assessments which it implements in 3,000 schools & NGOs pan India and in 14 countries.

The flagship leadership program is the Skilling & Know How Initiative for Life Long Leadership Development (SKILLD) which is a long-term sustained Leadership Program with the focus on embedding a leadership culture into the school curriculum. Through the program 70,000 teachers are empowered with quality teaching, training and facilitation strategies through 7,000 master trainers, to deliver an exclusive course to 2,500,000 students of grades 8 through 12 with an emphasis on global ethical leadership. Beyond school young adults whom we believe have the potential of being the change makers of the future are selected to join the Khemka Leaders Forum based on their academic and co-curricular prowess, leadership skills, strong sense of ethics, a sense of altruism and the ability to act using these qualities and strengths.

The Global Education & Leadership Foundation (tGELF) nurtures, mentors and guides these young leaders to help them evolve into future agents of change. It also endeavours to sensitize them to prevailing global issues so that their choices rise from a commitment to universal values which are essential in a culturally diverse and interdependent world.

In addition, tGELF offers students and teachers of its member schools, the opportunity to participate in sensitization, appreciation, action and exchange programs for culture, art, heritage, adventure, self awareness and community service. The underlying focus is in developing a spirit of contribution and volunteerism in the youth of today. The core of the platforms created through tGELF’s leadership development programs is to encourage in students value based decision making and to showcase their leadership potential through engaging with social projects in keeping with the millennium goals.
